Cresco

Not only does Park East overlook Jubilee Park in downtown Springfield, it leads you directly into the lush, terraced commons of Cresco. Imagine lush green spaces, covered and open-air seating, a cozy fire pit, and more — that’s life at our one-of-a-kind community. Plus, there’s a variety of contemporary studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts to choose from! Inside or outdoors, connected or unplugged, maybe a bit of both — the choice is yours.
